A million dollar price tag is pretty much standard for four-bedroom (and some three-bedroom) homes in Jerrabomberra and Googong these days, but what about Queanbeyan? What does $1m buy you in Super City, NSW?

It’s not just the location that warrants a hefty price tag for this double-brick home on Meredith Street – it’s the size too. Located minutes from town park and the main street, the home stands on a huge 920sqm block and has five bedrooms, two kitchens and two bathrooms. 4. Another Karabar gem looking for a cashed-up truck owner.
I knew prices in Rusten Street were starting to get up there but not to the $1.15m mark! The views are pretty special from this five-bedroom home, and that al fresco area will be in huge demand for your friends’ and family’s 21sts, 18ths and baby showers.
The real reason this one is asking a big price tag though is likely because of the huge garage that stands on-site. If you own a small logistics business or have a collection of cars, this house is a dream come true.
5. Crest Park Parade for life.
It doesn’t get more classic Queanbeyan than Crest Park Parade – if you’re like me, you know at least three families who live along the street (and probably more). This five-bedroom home is pretty standard from the front but head out the back door and hello Hamilton Island resort!
Bicentennial Park is just over the back fence and the views out the front are stunners. Who wouldn’t pay a million dollars to live one of the city’s most iconic streets?
